Description

5'-O-DMTr-2'-O-trifluoroacetamindo propyl-A(Bz)-3'-CE-phosphoramidite is a protected adenosine to which a dimethylfluorine (DMTr) group is attached at the 5' end and a trifluoroacetamido (Trifluoroacetamido) group is attached at the 2' end.
