Account Manager, Glycobiology
Role Summary
We are looking for people who can build strong business relationships with clients through good collaboration with cross-functional internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Report the project progress regularly for clients and relevant functional departments.
- Establish customer information files and maintain good business relations with customers.
- Follow up customer needs and feedback and communicate problem solutions in a timely manner.
- Cooperate with the company's technical service team and sales team to ensure that customer needs are effectively met and customer satisfaction is improved.
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree in biology or chemistry.
- Experience in glycobiology research/industrial projects is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and teamwork skills.
- Possess a pioneering and innovative spirit, as well as the ability to work independently and solve problems.
