Description
Amyloglucosidase from Aspergillus niger with enzyme activity of 100,000 U/mL selectively digests the terminal 1,4-alpha-glucosidic bonds to release glucose units. This enzyme also has the capacity to cleave the alpha-1,6 glycosidic linkages.
