Description
Apalutamide (ARN-509), soluble in DMSO and ethanol and insoluble in water, inhibits the signaling pathway between G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and G proteins. It targets androgen receptor (cell-free assay), and GABAA receptor (cell-free assay).
