Description
BAF312 (siponimod), soluble in DMSO and ethanol and insoluble in water, inhibits the signaling pathway between G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and G proteins. It targets S1PR1, S1PR2, S1PR3, S1PR4, and S1PR5.
