Description
ABT-737, soluble in DMSO and insoluble in ethanol and water, specifically inhibits the function of the anti-apoptotic proteins, thereby promoting apoptosis in cancer cells. It targets Bcl-2, Bcl-B, Bcl-w, Bcl-xL, Bfl-1, and Mcl-1.
