Properties
Description
CCR2-RA-[R] specifically binds to chemokine receptors. This binding blocks the receptors and prevents the corresponding chemokines from exerting their effects on immune cells, leading to reduced chemotaxis and cell activation. It targets CCR2.
Molecular Formula
C18H19ClFNO3
Targets
CCR2: 103 nM (IC50, in U2OS-CCR2 cells)
Identity
Confirmed by NMR/HPLC/MS.
Applications
CCR2-RA-[R] is studied to antagonize CCR2, a receptor involved in immune cell migration, with implications in treating inflammatory diseases.
