Properties
Description
Chicken lipopolysaccharide-binding protein (LBP) ELISA kit, an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, has the ability to detect levels of chicken LBP as low as 1 ng/mL and its detection range is 6.25-200 ng/mL.
Assay Principle
Chicken lipopolysaccharide-binding protein (LBP) ELISA kit is used to detect the level of Chicken LBP in a sample. It involves coating microtiter plate wells with purified chicken LBP antibody to create a solid-phase antibody. LBP is then added to the wells. Both the LBP and the antibody are labeled with HRP, forming an antibody-antigen-enzyme-antibody complex. After thorough washing, a TMB substrate solution is added. The TMB substrate turns blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme. The reaction is stopped by adding a sulphuric acid solution, and the color change is measured using a spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 450 nm. By comparing the optical density (O.D.) of the samples to a standard curve, the concentration of LBP in the samples can be determined.
