Properties
Description
Concanavalin A (Con A) is isolated from jack bean and specially binds to α-D-mannose, α-D-glucose and branched mannose. Inhibiting or eluting sugar: α-methylmannoside and α-methylglucoside. This product can be used in glycobiology, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, western blot and mitogenic stimulation.
