Description
DAPT (GSI-IX), soluble in DMSO and ethanol and insoluble in water, inhibits the activity of proteases, which are enzymes involved in the breakdown of proteins. It targets γ secretase(Aβ) (HEK 293 cells), and Aβ (HEK 293 cells).
