Properties
Description
DDR1-IN-1, soluble in warmed DMSO and warmed ethanol and insoluble in water, targets and inhibits discoidin domain receptors (DDRs), which are receptor tyrosine kinases involved in the regulation of cell growth, differentiation, and matrix remodeling. It targets DDR1 and DDR2.
Molecular Formula
C30H31F3N4O3
Targets
DDR1: 105 nM; DDR2: 413 nM
Solubility
Warmed DMSO: 87 mg/mL (157.44 mM); Water: Insoluble; Warmed ethanol: 3 mg/mL (5.42 mM)
Identity
Confirmed by NMR/HPLC/MS.
Applications
DDR1-IN-1 is used as a DDR inhibitor in cancer research, especially in investigating the interactions between cancer cells and the extracellular matrix.
