Results: This article discusses the structural properties, health benefits, and applications of resist dextrin. In particular, the structural properties of dextrin are described in detail. First, the use of SEM and PLM to observe the microstructure and state of dextrin was mentioned. SEM provided detailed information about the morphology and surface characteristics of dextrin particles, while PLM can reveal the crystalline and amorphous structure of dextrin by observing the polarization crossings. Secondly, the use of NMR and FTIR techniques to analyze the structural features of dextrin was mentioned in the paper. NMR was used to study the chemical bonding and conformation of dextrin, and FTIR can detect the dextrin changes in functional groups in dextrin. In addition, the molecular weight of dextrin was mentioned in the paper, as well as the structural features of dextrin by analyzing the chain length distribution.
