Description
Compound 401, soluble in DMSO and insoluble in ethanol and water, impairs the non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) pathway of DNA repair, thereby sensitizing cancer cells to treatments that induce DNA double-strand breaks. It targets DNA-PK and mTOR.
