Properties
Description
ASP8273, soluble in warmed DMSO and warmed ethanol and insoluble in water, is a compound that blocks the activity of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), both of which are involved in driving the growth and proliferation of certain types of cancer cells. It targets EGFR, EGFR (Exon 19 deletion/T790M), EGFR(L858R), and EGFR(L858R/T790M).
