Properties
Description
ASP8273, soluble in warmed DMSO and warmed ethanol and insoluble in water, is a compound that blocks the activity of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), both of which are involved in driving the growth and proliferation of certain types of cancer cells. It targets EGFR, EGFR (Exon 19 deletion/T790M), EGFR(L858R), and EGFR(L858R/T790M).
Molecular Formula
C30H42N8O3
Targets
EGFR: 230 nM; EGFR (Exon 19 deletion/T790M); EGFR(L858R); EGFR(L858R/T790M)
Solubility
Warmed DMSO: 50 mg/mL (88.85 mM); Water: Insoluble; Warmed ethanol: 96 mg/mL (170.6 mM)
