Properties
Description
CO-1686, soluble in DMSO and insoluble in ethanol and water, is a compound that blocks the activity of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), both of which are involved in driving the growth and proliferation of certain types of cancer cells. It targets EGFR(L858R)/T790M and EGFRT790M.
