Description
Epertinib hydrochloride, soluble in DMSO and insoluble in ethanol and water, is a compound that blocks the activity of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), both of which are involved in driving the growth and proliferation of certain types of cancer cells. It targets EGFR, HER2 and HER4.
