Description
Tyrphostin AG-528, soluble in DMSO, water and ethanol, is a compound that blocks the activity of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), both of which are involved in driving the growth and proliferation of certain types of cancer cells. It targets EGFR and ErbB2.
