WZ4002, soluble in DMSO and insoluble in ethanol and water, is a potent and specific inhibitor of the tyrosine kinase activity of EGFR. It targets EGFR (L858R) (BaF3 cells) and EGFR (L858R/T790M) (BaF3 cells).
