Description
EW-7197 (vactosertib), soluble in DMSO and ethanol and insoluble in water, inhibits the activity of protein-tyrosine kinases that play a critical role in cell signaling and regulation. It targets ALK1, ALK4, ALK2, ALK3, ALK5, and ALK6.
