CD BioGlyco is an excellent company that Produces Lectins for basic research in biotechnology, biomedicine, and more. We provide high-quality Plant Lectin Production Services, such as GNA.
GNA
GNA is isolated from the bulb of G. nivalis, which is a mannose-specific lectin. GNA has a molecular weight of about 12.0 kDa and consists of four identical subunits. It has found to have antiviral and antitumor activities.
We use various advanced technologies to extract and purify GNA from natural sources.
We use diversified technologies to provide GNA purification services. For example: fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC), mannose-agarose affinity chromatography, ethanol precipitation, ammonium sulfate precipitation, size exclusion chromatography, etc.
In addition, we clone and produce high-level GNA in Escherichia coli using efficient Recombinant Techniques.
Our GNA products are supplied in two forms, including lyophilized powder and saline suspension. We have a wide range of products with labeled GNA conjugates, and the potency of GNA is <20 μg per mL agglutination activity. Moreover, we provide larger production quantities according to client requirements.
