Description
Ganglioside GM3, N-acetyl at CD BioGlyco is a solid product with a purity of >98%. It is acidic glycosphingolipids that form lipid rafts in the outer leaflet of the cell plasma membrane, notably in neuronal cells of the central nervous system.
Applications
Ganglioside GM3, N-acetyl can be used for detecting gangliosides in samples and biological systems. It also can be used to study cellular proliferation, differentiation, adhesion, signal transduction, cell-to-cell interactions, cancer, and metastasis.
