With our specialized Glycan Display Platform and experienced staff, CD BioGlyco offers an all-in-one solution for rapid, accurate, and high-throughput screening of glycophage display. Engineered glycophages based on surface patterns display unique carbohydrate epitopes. Notably, the glycans displayed by the phage retain their biological activity after immobilization and can be identified by different glycan-binding proteins (e.g. serum antibodies, lectins, etc.).

Our company provides constructed glycophages, modified glycophages (such as phosphorylation), and a series of analysis and detection services according to the needs of our clients. The project service report contains service processes, construction routes, raw maps, and analysis data. We are very concerned about the consistency and effectiveness of the service, please rest assured to cooperate with us!

At CD BioGlyco, we mainly provide two glycoprotein-based glycophage display system construction services
Specifically, we showed enrichment of proteins with binding specificity or other activities by M13 phage. To further explore the glyco-protein interaction function and extend the diversity of libraries, we provide glycan array and the following several high-quality services.
Our team provides effects of glycosylase function and altered or directed modification of glycosylase activity services. In addition, CD BioGlyco uses glycophage recognition residue sites to analyze the role of association between phage-associated glycan epitopes and phage-encoded genes.
Based on glycophage display, CD BioGlyco offers glycoarray fabrication and a validated glycophage printing service. This helps to increase the diversity of glycophage display libraries and provides high-throughput analytical tools for molecular interaction and functional studies.
CD BioGlyco utilizes a large phage antibody library to provide phage antibody array development service. We provide specific antibody-displaying phage sensor preparation, label modification (e. g. Cy3), and fluorescence spectroscopy services. These services provide a useful tool for the diagnosis of diseases and the screening of new drugs.
With the support of glycophage display, CD BioGlyco systematically dissects the antigen-antibody interactions by analyzing the binding site (epitope) of the antibody on the antigen. Moreover, we provide individual immunoassay services for individual viral infections.
Our researchers use glycophage display to screen for and identify molecules (such as peptides, and proteins) that specifically bind to cancer markers. This service plays a key role in early cancer detection.

Results: In this study, researchers have developed an M13 phage display system that displays N-glycoprotein. The system was obtained by fusing the N-glycoprotein with the phage shell protein g3p. It provides a new genetic pathway for bacterial N-glycosylation analysis. After multiple analyses, it was shown that both glycol-epitopes and coding genes of the phage establish genotype-phenotype linkage.
