Results: This study provided the first comprehensive characterization of the lncRNA and mRNA profiles of the spleens of group ACYW135 meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine (MPV-ACYW135) and control mice, and the results showed that differentially expressed (DE) lncRNAs are associated with immune regulation in the mouse spleen. The vaccinated and control groups contained 405 DE lncRNAs and 52 DEmrna. The results by enrichment analysis showed that MPV-ACYW135 podoplanar polysaccharide antigen has the ability to activate T-cell-associated immune responses in the inoculation. Notably after inoculation, the lncRNA MSTRG.17645 may have a significant regulatory effect on its potential target gene Bach2.
