  • Purity and pH: We provide accurate agarose gel electrophoresis and cellulose acetate film electrophoresis analysis services to test purity. We use state-of-the-art pH meters to measure pH. Notably, multiple repetitions of measurements are taken to ensure the accuracy of the data.
  • Pyrogen testing: Our team provides rabbit pyrogen test (RPT) and monocyte activation test (MAT) services.
  • Tetanus antibody titers: Based on the role of antitoxin in neutralizing toxins, we calculate the number of international units of antitoxin contained in the samples by comparing the state of the samples with the standard mice after injection.
  • Sterility testing: Our team provides direct inoculation and membrane filtration sterility testing services.
• Human TIG final product analysis
  • Identification: We identify final products mainly by immune electrophoresis and double immunodiffusion assay by looking at the precipitation lines.
  • Molecular size distribution: We determine the sum of monomer and dimer content of Human TIGIgG using a hydrophilic high-performance volume exclusion chromatographic column.
  • Content: We offer content determination of the following four substances including protein, residual ethanol, sugar, and glycine content.
  • Antibody titer: We provide tetanus antibody titers and anti-HBs titers test services by mice inject test, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), or radioimmunoassay.
