Results: In this study, researchers collected plasma from humans and a variety of animals, and then analyzed peak prothrombin height (TPH) and time (TPT), clotting time (CT), and fibrin clot density (FCD), respectively. Data analysis revealed that normal human samples had lower TPH and high-sensitivity boundary (HSB) than most animal samples. Rat, mouse, and rabbit samples had smaller thrombin signals, lower TPT, and clot times. These data help in the development of anticoagulant drugs to prevent thrombosis.
