Description
Colchicum autumnale (CA) lectin specially binds to Lactose, N-Acetylgalactosamine and Galactose. Inhibiting or Eluting Sugar: Lactose > N-Acetylgalactosamine > Galactose. This product can be used in glycobiology, immunochemistry, immunofluorescence, western blot, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and affinity chromatography.
