Description
The microcolumn is prepared by conjugating 4% Agarose beads with affinity-purified Lens culinaris lectin (LCA). This column is prepacked to allow for maximum flow rates and the highest binding capacities. It can be used for mass spectrometry and proteomic analysis to analyze <100 µL samples.
