Inosine and Glucose Injection Analysis Service
Client Satisfaction with Inosine and Glucose Injection Analysis Is Our Goal
CD BioGlyco has a dedicated and experienced analytical testing team for the analysis of various Pharmaceuticals. Inosine and glucose injection is a sterilized aqueous solution of inosine and glucose used for the inhibition of coronary heart disease, liver disorders, arrhythmias caused by the use of cardiac glycosides, etc. Its relevant analysis plays an important role in the development of this pharmaceutical, pharmacodynamic studies, etc. We offer a comprehensive inosine and glucose injection analysis service to support our clients in their pharmacodynamic studies, etc.
We use a number of advanced large-scale scientific research systems for Pharmaceutical and Biological Analysis, including high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS), etc. Inosine and glucose injection analysis projects are as follows:
- Injection identification: We take a sample solution and test for inosine and glucose.
- pH: Inosine and glucose injection pH should be 4.0~6.0.
- Determination of content
- Inosine: The content of inosine in the sample is detected by HPLC. The content of inosine should be 90.0%~110.0% of the labeled amount.
- Glucose (C6H12O6-H2O): The content of glucose in the sample is detected and calculated. The glucose content should be 95.0%~105.0% of the labeled amount.
- Detection of related substances: We detect the content of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural and impurities in the sample by HPLC. The 5-hydroxymethylfurfural content shall not be more than 0.02% of the labeled amount of glucose. If there is an impurity peak, the sum of each impurity peak area shall not be greater than the main peak area of the control solution.
- Other related tests: Heavy metal and harmful element residues, visible foreign matter, insoluble particles, solution transmittance, osmotic pressure molar concentration, bacterial endotoxin, etc.

Results: In this study, a method was developed for the detection of inosine. The method is an effective bioanalytical tool for quantitative detection by LC-MS/MS. Its results are accurate and precise, and it can also detect guanosine and adenosine. This study provides data support for the research of inosine detection methods.
