Description
The cartridge is prepared by conjugating crosslinked 6% Agarose beads with Phaseolus vulgaris lectin E (PHA-E). It provides a fast-flow cartridge that can trap affinity-bound material and retain it during washing, followed by elution of affinity-purified material.
