Description
The cartridge is prepared by conjugating crosslinked 6% Agarose beads with Phaseolus vulgaris lectin L (PHA-L). It provides a fast-flow cartridge that can trap affinity-bound material and retain it during washing, followed by elution of affinity-purified material.
