Description
Polyporus squamosus lectin (PSL) specially binds to Neu5Acα(2-6)Gal and β(1-4)GlcNAc. Inhibiting or Eluting Sugar: Neu5Acα(2-6)Gal or β(1-4)GlcNAc. This product can be used in glycobiology, immunochemistry, immunofluorescence, western blot, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and affinity chromatography.
