Properties
Description
It is a pure Salvia horminum lectin (SHA). This product can be used in glycobiology, immunochemistry, immunofluorescence, western blot and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
Potency
SHA (< 2.5 mg/mL) agglutinates neuraminidase treated cells and untreated type O or A2 cells; SHA (10mg/mL) agglutinates type B or A1 cells.
