Description
(S)-Timolol maleate, soluble in DMSO and ethanol and insoluble in water, inhibits the signaling pathway between G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and G proteins. It targets β1-adrenergic receptor, and β2-adrenergic receptor.
