Trichosanthes kirilowii lectin (TKA) specially binds to Galactose. Inhibiting or Eluting Sugar: Lactose > β-Galactose > α-Galactose. This product can be used in glycobiology, immunochemistry, immunofluorescence, western blot, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and affinity chromatography.
