Description
JP 1302 2HCl inhibits the signaling pathway between G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and G proteins. It targets human α2A-adrenoceptor, human α2B-adrenoceptor, human α2C-adrenoceptor, and rodent α2D-adrenoceptor.
