Description
Ispinesib, soluble in DMSO and ethanol and insoluble in water, is an effective cytoskeleton inhibitor, that has the ability to prevent the pathway of cytoskeletal signaling by inhibiting kinesin. It targets the KSP (HsEg5) (cell-free assay).
