Description
LY-411575, soluble in DMSO and ethanol and insoluble in water, inhibits the activity of proteases, which are enzymes involved in the breakdown of proteins. It targets γ secretase (cell-based) (HEK293 cells expressing either APP or NδE), γ secretase (membrane-based) (HEK293 cells expressing either APP or NδE), and notch S3 cleavage (HEK293 cells expressing either APP or NδE).
