Fosbretabulin disodium, soluble in DMSO and water and insoluble in ethanol, is an effective cytoskeleton inhibitor, that has the ability to prevent the pathway of cytoskeletal signaling by inhibiting microtubule/tubulin. It targets the tubulin (cell-free assay).
