Properties
Description
Nocodazole, soluble in DMSO and insoluble in water and ethanol, is an effective cytoskeleton inhibitor, that has the ability to prevent the pathway of cytoskeletal signaling by inhibiting microtubule/tubulin. It targets the Abl (cell-free assay), Abl (E255K) (cell-free assay), Abl (T315I) (cell-free assay), and microtubules (cell-free assay).
