Description
Monkfruit, also known as Siraitia grosvenorii or luohan guo, is a herbaceous perennial vine of the gourd family, Cucurbitaceae. The plant is cultivated for its fruit extract, called mogrosides, which creates a sweetness sensation 250 times stronger than sucrose.
Monk fruit extract was extracted from Siraitia grosvenorii. This product can be used in the research of health care products.
