Description
Monkey lipopolysaccharide (LPS) ELISA kit, an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, has the ability to detect levels of monkey LPS as low as 0.1 pg/mL and its detection range is 1.25-40 pg/mL.
Assay Principle
Monkey lipopolysaccharide (LPS) ELISA kit is designed to measure the level of monkey LPS in a sample. To do this, the microtiter plate wells are coated with purified Monkey LPS antibody, creating a solid-phase antibody. LPS is then added to the wells, and the LPS molecules bind to the antibodies. The antibodies are labeled with HRP, forming an antibody-antigen-enzyme-antibody complex. After thorough washing, a TMB substrate solution is added. Under the catalysis of the HRP enzyme, the TMB substrate turns blue in color. The reaction is stopped by adding a sulphuric acid solution, and the resulting color change is measured using a spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 450 nm. By comparing the optical density (O.D.) of the samples to a standard curve, the concentration of Monkey LPS in the samples can be determined. This kit provides a reliable and accurate method for assessing the level of Monkey LPS in biological samples.
