Properties
Description
Mouse lipopolysaccharide-binding protein (LBP) ELISA kit, an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, has the ability to detect levels of mouse LPS-Ab as low as 0.1 ng/mL and its detection range is 0.5-16 ng/mL.
Assay Principle
Mouse lipopolysaccharide antibody (LPS-Ab) ELISA kit is designed to measure the level of Mouse LPS antibodies (LPS-Ab) in a sample. It involves coating the wells of a microtiter plate with purified Mouse LPS antibody antigen, creating a solid-phase antigen. The sample is then added to the wells, and the LPS antibodies present in the sample bind to the immobilized antigen, forming an antigen-antibody complex. HRP-labeled antibodies that specifically recognize the Mouse LPS antibodies are added, resulting in the formation of an antigen-antibody-enzyme-antibody complex. After thorough washing to remove any unbound components, a TMB substrate solution is added. In the presence of the enzyme HRP, the TMB substrate undergoes a color change, turning blue. The reaction is stopped by adding a sulfuric acid solution, and the resulting color change is measured using a spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 450 nm. By comparing the optical density (O.D.) of the samples to a standard curve, the concentration of Mouse LPS antibodies in the samples can be determined.
