INK 128, soluble in DMSO and ethanol and insoluble in water, disrupts cell growth, proliferation, and survival by targeting a key component of cellular signaling pathways. It targets mTOR, PI3Kα, mTOR, PI3Kβ, PI3Kδ, and PI3Kγ.
