Description
Odoriflavene is isolated from the herbs of Millettia dielsiana. It has been shown to inhibit platelet aggregation, and has been studied in the treatment of cancer, cardiovascular disorders and blood disorders. Odoriflavene inhibits fatty acid oxidation by inhibiting carnitine palmitoyltransferase-1 (CPT-1) and carnitine palmitoyltransferase-2 (CPT-2).
