Description
Roflumilast, soluble in DMSO and ethanol and insoluble in water, is an effective cell metabolism inhibitor, that has the ability to prevent the pathway of metabolism by inhibiting PDE. It targets the PDE4A1, PDE4B1, PDE4A4, and PDE4B2.
