Properties
Description
Porcine lipopolysaccharide-binding protein (LBP) ELISA kit is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative detection of pig LBP in samples and its detection range is 50-100 µL.
Assay Principle
Porcine lipopolysaccharide-binding protein (LBP) ELISA kit is based on the sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique. Monoclonal antibodies against Bovine LBP are precoated on the microplate. After the sample and biotinylated antibodies are added to the plate and allowed to react, the plate is washed with PBS or TBS. Then, a peroxidase-conjugated avidin is added and allowed to react, followed by thorough washing with PBS or TBS. Subsequently, a TMB substrate is added for color development. TMB turns blue in the presence of the peroxidase enzyme and is converted to the final yellow color under acidic conditions. The intensity of the color is directly proportional to the concentration of the target factor in the sample.
