Description
MLN9708, soluble in DMSO and insoluble in ethanol and water, interferes with the proteasome’s ability to degrade proteins, thereby disrupting cellular processes in cancer cells, particularly multiple myeloma. It targets 20S proteasome and 20S proteasome.
