Description
EHT 1864, soluble in warmed DMSO and water and insoluble in ethanol, blocks the activity of Ras proteins, which play a key role in cell signal transduction and are frequently implicated in oncogenic mutations. It targets Rac1, Rac1b, Rac2, and Rac3.
