Rat lipopolysaccharide specific IgA antibody (LPS-SIgA) ELISA kit, an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, has the ability to detect levels of rat LPS-SIgA as low as 1.0 ng/mL and its detection range is 6.25-200 ng/mL.
Assay Principle
Rat lipopolysaccharide specific IgA antibody (LPS-SIgA) ELISA kit is intended for laboratory research use only and should not be used for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. The stop solution included in the kit changes the color from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm using a spectrophotometer. To determine the concentration of LPS-SIgA in the sample, this kit provides a set of calibration standards. These calibration standards are assayed simultaneously with the samples, enabling the operator to generate a standard curve that correlates Optical Density (O.D.) values with LPS-SIgM concentrations. The concentration of LPS-SIgA in the samples can then be determined by comparing their O.D. values to the standard curve.
