Properties
Description
Rat lipopolysaccharide specific IgG antibody (LPS-SIgG) ELISA kit, an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, has the ability to detect levels of rat LPS-SIgG as low as 1.0 ng/mL and its detection range is 20-640 ng/mL.
Assay Principle
Rat lipopolysaccharide specific IgM antibody (LPS-SIgG) ELISA kit is intended for laboratory research use only and should not be used for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. The stop solution included in the kit changes the color from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm using a spectrophotometer. To determine the concentration of LPS-SIgG in the sample, this kit provides a set of calibration standards. These calibration standards are assayed simultaneously with the samples, enabling the operator to generate a standard curve that correlates Optical Density (O.D.) values with LPS-SIgG concentrations. The concentration of LPS-SIgG in the samples can then be determined by comparing their O.D. values to the standard curve.
